Although 2023 isn't over just yet, the sight of Christmas Trees popping up and Mariah Carey already being played in shops is making us feel as though it is the New Year next week!
Before the busy 2023 Christmas Party season commences we held an AG Events Senior Leadership Meeting, hosted kindly by the fantastic team at the Biscuit Factory in their Boardroom. The schedule of the meeting was to touch base with our management team and to feedback on how 2023 has been for AG Events and well... it has been our best year to date!
It is no exaggeration that 2023 has been a busy year for us, we have expanded as a team, added new products and services to our offerings and serviced over 800 events.

Newcastle University Summer Congregations
During the height of wedding season we also worked alongside Newcastle University on their summer congregations, which lasted 10 days and saw thousands of students celebrate the completion of the degrees!
During these celebrations we provided a 360 Video Booth with a Custom Overlay on all of the digital videos, 5ft Light up Letters and Numbers spelling NCL2023, Olive Trees and Wireless Uplights to decorate the drinks reception room and we also decorated the campus with our colourful Tassel Hangings!
Lartington Hall
Nestled amid the picturesque countryside, and set in 72 acres of idyllic parkland, Lartington Hall is a statement of captivating beauty and romance that seems to be plucked straight from a fairytale and we were super excited to hear it was being reopened by The Apartment Group, the fantastic team behind some of the North East's best venues such as Newton Hall and Le Petit Chateau. We loved being a part of the relaunch of such a stunning venue and we added a new string to the AG Events bow, by featuring as their model bride and groom!

The Garden Room
The Biscuit Factory is a venue we work at regularly for weddings, corporate balls, student events as well as countless other events and it was an honour to be involved in their styled shoot for the launch of their new venue space, The Garden Room. Working alongside a fantastic team of suppliers (see list below) it was so special to see this brand new space coming together. We can already tell this city centre events space is going to be very popular!
