In May Newcastle’s newest Indian restaurant, Khai Khai, was finally able to open their doors, after being limited to takeaway services during lockdown. Khai Khai marked the occasion with a VIP opening weekend.
To help add a touch of sparkle to the evening Khai Khai opted for one of our Gold Shimmer Walls as well as our ‘Let’s Get This Party Started’ neon sign! The perfect backdrop for guests to have photos with.
Khai Khai’s friendly vibe, combined with their fire and smoke theme, resulted in the perfect opening weekend. Now open to the public the restaurant is a must try for Indian Retro comfort food. Unfortunately our Gold Shimmer Wall will no longer be there (and neither will Harrison Ford who popped in for a visit!), but their Opposites Attract cocktail sure will be (a firm AG Events favourite).
Chef Aldfred Pasad is the youngest Indian chef to be awarded a Michelin Star and his menu is quite the gastronomical treat!
